[Error Code] 010-320 fuser and dead touchscreen

I had a fault code 010-320, my fuser died when I tried to start my machine in extreme cold. I didn't realize the cause until I was researching it a couple of days ago. I tried to clear the fault code using the touchscreen, but wasn't able to because I had not yet replaced the fuser. This morning, I replaced the fuser, but the fault code still appears. When I tried to clear the fault code, I discovered the touchscreen is no longer working. Are the two related, and how can I fix this? There is no alternative, that I know of, to using the touchscreen.

The fuser fault code 010-320 occurred once before, a year ago, but all I had to do was replace the fuser. So I'm not sure if these are related, or if I have a gremlin in my machine.

There might be problem on AC Power Unit but try to reset first the NVM (744-350=0)? not sure for this model, for fuser overheat (10-320)

Is it possible to reset without use of the UI/touchscreen?

You need a PWS laptop to be able to reset without the UI screen.

                      Reseat UI cable.
Try first a calibration of the UI (PO-0, 1,3) then, if it works, try reset 010-320.
