9-363 is the developer housing rotary system did not reach home position. Unfortunately this is not usually a simple fault.

Have you made a lot of Black and White copies?
If so you may have to replace the developer and perform a MAX setup.

I really would recommend that you get a service engineer to look at it unless you are absolutely certain that you know what you are doing.

      Hi,
Thanks for the response. I already fixed the error. It was one of the fuses in the rotary PWB.

The fuse may have gone because the Black Dev housing was binding and putting strain on the motor.

If you are doing a lot of long black copy runs, you may want to change the following NVM's

        776-066 to 300
        776-480 to 300

Thanks, I noticed that the error came back once when I made a black and white copy. I have changed the NVM's and will monitor. I appreciate the help.

There is no sensor involved in this fix. Its the rotary PWB (a circuit board) located at the back of the machine behind the MCU board assy (too technical). If you're not very familiar with the machine, I suggest you get a trained tech to fix your machine. Also, it is not an ordinary fuse that got blown, it's a time lag fuse (slow blow) which is not commercially available in electrical stores
