Mr. Keyboard - Not sure what is happening - 123 must think it's toned but it isn't. Are you vacuuming the adc sensor? - a no no. Are you sure the augers are turning? The problem is probably not the kit - more likely a slip in the rebuild process - is the developer bias clip in place and rebent to contact the dev roll good at the flat spot (determines magnet angle)? We filter the dev because it is loaded with crapola and causes line deletions. And we replace the pcr roll and blade.
