[Error Code] Xerox DC 2060 Error code 010-357

Hi, every time when I'm turning on the machine, after warming up..(4-5 min.) this error appears.. It says turn off the machine and waith 5 sec. then turn it on again! and when i do that..its fine, but why it appears every time?!
It started appearing after I changed the upper roller on fuser. I know that error code was abot fuser..it says: 10-357 Fuser Heat Roll Warm Up Fail RAP
I checked fuser visually if any cable is disconnected, but i don't see anything.
Maybe someone can help me with this?
Can i just rest something in PWS?

    Thanks

10-357 means that the fuser heat roller did not warm up in time
either the lamp is bad or no power to it
        does the lamp come on
when you push the tray in and close the handle does the pressure belt engage

yes, the lamps came on, i see them. And when i close the handle i can hear how pressure belt engage every time.

I noticed that this happens mostly when first starting the machine in the morning .. later during the day when I put him to sleep, it will be on 2-3 hours sleep .. Then when I wake it up and when it warms up again everything is ok and no longer throws an error. ....strange

Probably your thermistors are worn outCheck them next time you change the heat roller

              Hi Ignis,

Did you solve your problem? I have the same error on startup (though mine doesn't disappear as yours did) and I know the heater rods in the heat roll are on.

Hi Gus, I did not solve the problem yet, I'll have to disassemble the fuser and check the thermistors then I'll see how it will work.
So far, every time I turn on the machine I open the main handle so fuser stops heating, then close it, then machine warms up normally without error.

Tried the above and I get 10-387 instead (External Heat Roll Warm Up Fail)

The solution of this problem is that I replaced Heat roller. The problem was the new hot roller (dc12) that was not an original for the 2060 machine. I have advice from servicer to put hot roller of DC12 machine, but that one has a thinner wall and different properties of heat .. and it heats up too much and because of that sensor error occurs.
                      Solved.
