[Jamming] Jams in Finisher

Hi,

Machine cfg:

-dc240
-fiery build-in
-proffesional finisher

I have moved my machine. After that something is going wrong. When i skan everything is ok. When i print from workstation or print for ex errorlist from fiery something is going wrong. All times paper JAM in first section (section 1). Rollers beetwen 1d and 1b dont want to start.

error is 012-295 (problem with motor stampler)

Do you think is it a reason?


All jobs from fiery are stoped in finisher. I can only copy from glass.

Open rear cover of finisher and check Stapler motor drive belt. It usually pops off.

It is realy that. I was put belt in the place.

But.. Main problem is not change.

All prints from fiery are stopped on first section.
I dont know whats wrong. Maybe print driver is incorrect. ehhh

Check the wire hardness from staple head to Finisher PWB.
There could be some wiring broken.

I dont have any error after when I rapair stapler motor.

Why my printer (finisher) allow me to print from scanner (all times) but dont allow me to print from file (never).
Motor stapler is not a reason. Finisher is not a reason.
Pls help.

Is it a good idea to reinstal software, or restore defaults?

Reinstall software driver and make correct configuration for your output device.

I finished reinstall fiery yesterday.
No changes and chances.

I have got proffesional finisher.
I can make sadle or punch from fiery - no problem prrints run thru finisher.
When I print for stacker input or upper input paper stop in first section of finisher.

Error list, list of print jobs, scanning going well but network setting list not.

Hello all, I have the same error code 012-295. I am able to make copies from the glass but not prints from my computer. Do i need to reset a NVM? i tried to enter 012-295 but it said "The selected NVM cannot be read at the moment" What do i do? Someone mentioned taking off the rear cover of the finisher to check the belt of the stapler motor...how do i do that? Where is it located?

I solved my problem. It was paper settings in workstation.

Thank you! I took off the plastics and checked the belt. It was off. Slipped it back on and we're back in business
