DC 12 Pressure Roller tear

I have seen this problem repeated a couple of times and keeps wondering what the exact cause is. One or two strands simple tears off around the pressure roler especially around any of the two edges. The fuser in most cases has not dried up and still has a rich supply of the fuser oil. Please what might be responsible for this??? Thanks

this is cause by the old stock of claw there is new type to prevent it oh just take out the lower claw if u printing only heavyweight paper
