    DC12 "overoiling"

I have an irritating issue with my DC12, I'm getting oil all over the fuser exit chute rolls so that they are literally dripping and I get oil drops and streaks on my prints. I can't see where the oil is coming from.

I've a new fuser web, pressure roller and the donor roller assy looks fine. I've tried original DC12 oil, third party oil and Xerox fuser agent II, all the same.

My workaround at the moment is to stuff some tissue into the fuser exit chute above the rolls, this works fine until the tissue is saturated and I have to change it. But I obviously shouldn't need to do this so I'm wondering if there's anybody out there who knows where the root of my problem is.

Your oil pump work to long time.
Read the service manual and change the interval time for oil pump

Thanks Adriansto, found the NVM for the time the pump is on and it was at max, 10,000ms, set it to default at 3000ms. Hope I don't have to buy a litre of oil every 5 minutes any more

If you run heavy stock you may change it at 3500 - 4500.
