DC12 intermitant fuser issue

Hi all,

Hope someone could shed some light....

Running a Dc12 to print a 88 page document uncollated simplex as its on heavy weight and I am manually duplexing.
the machine has started to sporadically spit out sheets that haven't been fused?
Have checked the mechanism that moves the fuser rolls together and all the cogs etc seem fine.
Can anyone suggest what else need checking?
