    Having a problem with my dc12

    i'm having a problem with my dc12 sometime when i print a sheet will come out not dry. it has printing on it but the printing whips off does anyone know why it does this??? everytime it does this i have to clean the fuser roller

        you are not going to be able to look at the clutch and see if it good or not
        you just need to change it
        if you have not taken it out before its a little tricky

            when you open the fuser is it hot?
            if yes the adjust the fuser pressure.

                on the sides of the fuser frameyou'll see 2long screws,clockwise means you are tighening the pressure while anti clockwise you are loosening.

                  here is the part num of Fuser Nip Clutch - 121K21612.
                  it is located on the back-left-bottom side of printer, looking from back.
