Error Code 016-214

Hi pal,
Having this 016-214 error code after doing some cleaning up and dismantle of FAX board. Is the error appear because of the FAX board has been taken out? if it is, then how do i reset it without installing the FAX Board? Need to deliver the machine on Monday for rental.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Alan,

I have the same problems with the 016-214 and wish to remove Fax card, too. I saw this post of yours since a while ago for DC286.

Try this:
You must log in as admin from UI.
Locate the entry menu of Software options.
Enter:
ClearAllFlag
Select:
Reboot


Very Important:
This procedure will erase all the options that are machine have.
You need codes to enable the options again.
