WC4150 can't scan to email

email configs look good but no success-
specifying known good SMTP server
and known good email address and password
SMTP authentication enabled

any help you may give would be appreciated!

Upgrade or reload firmware on unit.

OK, if your SMTP requires TLS or SSL layer encryption, your WC4150 will not be able to scan to email. There is a work around to this. Go to SMTP2go.com and sign up. You will be able to use your same email SMTP, but you will route through an SMTP server that doesn't require SSL.
