WC 7655 Fuser Nip Sensor

Hi, we have a WC 7655 that is out of contract. We are getting a Fuser Nip error (I think it is 010-321). I have been advised to check the fuser nip sensor but have no idea where it is. Any help locating it would be apreciated.

Did you try another fuser? Also check for a piece of paper jammed in the connector where the fuser slides into

Hey flash,

where exactly is the fuser nip sensor? I'm having the same problem on a 4110 and I was curious where the nip sensor is on the 4110. Would you happen to have any printouts or screen shots of the RAP to diagnose this problem? I would pay you for it if you want.

On the 4110 the nip sensor is located on the lower fuser frame on the exit side toward the back side. The sensor is not spared on the 7665. You have to replace the fuser. The nip problem on the 4110 is probably a worn out bearing in the fuser/exit drive section.
