Workcentre pro 65 pull out fuser

    Hi all

i have a client with a Wcpro 65 that tells us to pull out fuser and firmly push back in. We put another fuser in and same result. Error code is fuser not warming up.

    any ideas?

I had same problem on the Document Centre 470. I replaced the FLICKER PWB and it was ok.
The Flicker in the DC 470 is located at the rear of machine and directly in line with fuser.

Im not sure if the Wcp 65 has a flicker pwb, but check where the fuser connects to.

There is a whiteish cream colored, underrated relay in the box where the power cord enters the machine. The pitted contacts can be filed. Try not to bend the flimsy contact leaf spring.

Ac Distribution Panel. North American version (101K40492) Euro. (101K42660)

Flicker is used mostly in Europe.
