Xerox phaser 8560mfp

Hi. I've got a problem on the above machine. The machine prints fine, but when you try to scan or copy(through adf or platen glass) nothing happens. It sometimes says copying but then just sits there doing nothing. Is it possibly a scanner problem?ive powered off and on, also disconnected and reconnected the add and scanner. No experience on this machine so your help would be very much appreciated.

Try going to Xerox.com and downloading current software. It will download a PS file I believe it is and you submit it through the CWIS page like a print job. These machine had a lot of goofy issues mostly fixed by software from what I have seen.
