Working on this unit that has a jam indication in areas 3 and 4 and it won't clear. I have checked and reseated all sensors in the paper path and checked the connector for the fuser. I can't connect to pws. Any advice on this issue would be appreciated.

Did you figure it out?
Usually jams in area 3/4 are Jams in the fuser itself (there's a fuser exit sensor that can get broken).
Another culprit is the iot exit sensor sticks, the plastis on the inverter assy warps causing a false error.
Another sensor is the duplex sensor, it can get mangled. I've straightened them out instead of replacing them. -

Turns out something was wrong with the fuser. Installed one and it's back up and running. Thanks for all your input.Comment
