I read some of that information in doc.
But I would like to have some information from eureka. Probably somebody had the same fault code but the cause of the problem was different.
I check the developer material, reseted the fault code, but nothing helps.
When I connect to mashine via diagnostic navigator, I dont see information about supplies (toners, drums...) I can see only 0%
So I think the cause of my problem is different than described in doc. That is why I need some informations from Eureka.

P.S. The customer says, there were some prints outs covered with black toner.
