[CQ] Xerox workcentre pro 275 copy problem

I have problem with copy on xerox workcentre pro 275, half A4 copy is black lines, on print all is ok

i replace scan carriage assy but no help, any suggestion is welcome

Wow it sound to me the eyes (CCD assy.) or the image processor pwba a bad memory. if prints ok as you said check out the machine eyes.

Copy from dadf and from platen glass have same dark band ?

yes same from dadf and platen glass

this scanner is not same on 245 or 5655 etc....here is ccd and lamp on scan carriage.....

Yes, I know the machine, but still there a flexible cable from scan carriage to scan pwb. Also a cable for lamp.

I checked that the flexible cable with the measurer and the pins are Ok. Do not know if it is possible to break when flexes and creates these lines on copy ... whether to order it cable and PWB ?

Before starting replacing the electronic boards= pwb's, try to replace the cables and clean the contacts. if also you can try to change the ends of the cable from probing if is something wrong when it flex.
You can use cables from another working machine. Foorv findr pwb you need to order it at Xerox dealer from your region, ebay or find a second hand machine.

It is definetely the flat cable from lamp carriage to scan pwb!
