The surface of the copy seems touching something when it goes to the fuser.

It looks like you have a problem with your fuser. Check the condition of the oiler and your fusing pressure first.
Does it do the same effect on normal - uncoated paper ?
If it doesn't you will have to replace the oiler assembly and the fuser roller then setup the fusing pressure evenly.

Check the condition of the fuser unit where these components might be causing the problem:

        1. oil donor and distribution assembly
        2. heat roller and external heat roller assembly
        3. fuser nip measurement (ideally 10.3mm when you have a very accurate ruler, most techs use 10mm or 10.5mm)
        4. foreign objects that are stuck/ fused to these components
        5. condition of the stripping fingers
        6. it may also be the stock/paper used
