when press faults tab can check for fault code
printing fault is message that machine can not print.

have also option for last 40 faults

P72 12-pin connector behind rear wall

I cannot see where this is supposed to plug in at all - any help/advice appreciated.

It is a white 12 pin connector with orange wires

remove left side cover, maybe you will have to remove HCF if machine have it.

than you will se under developer assy, ROS.
On back side of ROS you should connect that P72

we already removed the hcf and panel

and it is extremely tight back there - cannot even get hand under-back there

need to remove dv unit - it comes out 4 inches and locks - will not slide out - what am I doing wrong trying to slide the dv unit to get it out of the way?

remove photoreceptor, remove toner bottle and then unplug one cable, big connector on developer assy
