i have error masage when gived print or copie

xerographic fault

open fron door check paper for 4b

but thare not jamed paper

after restarting that machine will getting ready. but when i give copies or print showing this massage. how can i solve this problem.

Is there any error number showing with the message?

Have you tried installing a new drum cartridge?

If you select "ignore" then go to the machine status screen and look up active faults it should give you an error code #. Report that back for better results.

I believe that your HVPS is dead, you should replace it before trying new drum unit.

i have checked with another working machine but same

can you have firmware for this model?

You can have it too, it's available on Xerox support site.
So what exactly you did to check? Installed working LVPS on the machine and it didn't helped?

i have altboot only i need a full firmware for this machine, and i installed,checked working hvps it's fine sorry for my bad English

Once again - you can obtain firmware from Xerox support site. Use search on model number and you'll find it in the Download section.

I suspect LVPS 24V rail is dead.

If you have a spare LVPS try replacing that.

dear friend i'm new for xerox, i trained only konicaminolta and kyocera service but no mor idea on xerox models plz locate that lvps on machine i have spare machine on my office
