First follow 09-060 RAP procedure from service manual.
Go to commponent control and check hvps output to see which part of hvps make error.
      Did you check developer assy?

There's no any maintenance counter as far as I know.

Hi, forum please correct me if am wrong in saying if the gentleman instigate the alboot software to his machine, the machine is more or less reset to factory default and for that matter a new firmware might not be required for fault / diagnostics purposes?

Unless his intension is to upgrade the current firmware and not necessarily for the troubleshooting reasons.

I ask this question so that he can narrow down the scoop of possiblefaults, this could be a fualty sensor or sensor corvered in waste toner.

                      More likely it's the wiring.

Remove transfer /detack unit from machine and try again to make copies.
Watch if the paper start to feed and where it stop.

Did you test hvps output from diagnostic (dc330)?
Did you check wiring from hvps to developer assembly?

Just had a call for this same fault the other day, resolved by replacing the transfer/detack unit (which should be replaced when changing the drum)

Might not be that but it's the first place to start.

Check first if CR16 is light on on IOT board (Top, Left). If it is check on F1 or PJ27 pins1,2 for true 24v. If CR16 is off or 24v are below 23.2v unplug HVPS from IOT and power again! if it doesn't get them back go for 24v Rap.
If not - plug the HVPS back and try to unplug Detack, Transfer and Developer Bias one by one (with POPO) and check if 09-060 will disappear!
Still not get the short? - try the HVPS wires (unplugged) one by one to the ground for shorting (47k is still short)!
There is no so much left - IOT, IOT corruption, arcing and so on...
