hi guys i need help with riso rz 220.it indicates replace ink cartridge and after we replace it with the new one it indicates again replace ink cartrigde.please help me guys.

Sometimes the RF tags can be a little buggy. Got another bottle to try?Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it. -
I have seen where someone had pulled on the drum with out the green release button being pressed. It caused the drum to loose connection and caused the replace ink to come on. I pushed on the drum and it went out. another thing to consider is that the drum was very low on ink in the inside of the drum. ink motor ran for X number of seconds causing the replace ink to come back on. put the ink tube in and run the inking action test mode. if there is something wrong in the drum it will code in test mode. could be the inking motor, but have not seen many of these go out.Comment
