Riso GR3770 Margins (think Master Making Problem)

Hi I have a GR 3770...and loaded it up with this drum that I forgot had given me problems in the past. Now suddenly I have an alignment issue with making masters. I'm pretty sure that this is not a general alignment issue, because when i put in drums with masters that were burned previously to having the issue they print perfectly. The main problem is that the print is 25mm to the left (so with a big white space on the right margin). Also when i look at the drums it seems like the image on the master starts way closer to the top than it did on masters that were burned previously.
I tried going into test mode and using 87 (scanning start position adjustment (FB) but this made no difference.

Would very much appreciate any insight/suggestions!
    Thanks!

Sounds like the main timing belt has skipped one or two teeth. My guess is two.
If that drum gives you problems like this, its clamp plate is probably bent and catching on the master removal hooks. Or maybe the clamp is not rotating correctly and gets caught in the master removal hooks. Either way, that will cause the drum to stall, and the main timing belt will skip one or more teeth before the machine stops with an error code.
