The overflow sensor is ON for a set number of times in succession during the 10-millisecond interval overflow-sensor check.
Press Reset Key after correcting the ink overflow condition. (No ink on the ink overflow sensor.)

If the reset doesn't work there can be two causes for the code. Primary cause is the one-way squeegee gear is slipping, needs replaced by a RISO tech. Second cause is dry ink on ink bead stuck on the overflow sensor. I've seen this happen several times with color drums, especially red & bright red. Something about RISO's red pigments has given me more problems then its worth.
      Good luck.

thanks for quick reply. I guess that the sensor just needs cleaning. Is there any info on how to get into the drum? thanks

Get a manual. See Paul with Justmanuals.com he advertises on here.
There is a "window" that can be opened inside the ink tube holder that can give one limited access to the ink sensors.
          Good luck.

Usually, the occurrence of this error is due to the poor quality or ink or wear clutch shaft inside the drum.
