Hi Guys,
Bit of an odd request, but since the boards here are so active I figured I would make it and see what happens. I have a Konica Minolta Bizhub c252 with a finisher fs-514 that is not handling the output correctly. If I print or copy a large job the finisher will hold about 5 pages and then kick them out hold another five and then kick them out. The problem i'm having is the bin isn't lowering enough to allow the pages to neatly stack on top of each other, so i'm getting a stack of pages in the bin with a stack of pages on the ground and the order all screwed up. I also recently replaced the fuser in the unit and am jamming whenever I try to print duplex.
I also have an Imagstics cm2520 (which looks like almost the exact same unit as the Bizhub c252) that was damaged while moving and now the feeder addon for the optional 2000 page paper tray is loose.
Is there a experienced technician in the Vegas valley that would be willing to teach me how to repair these units? I'm interested in not only getting them fixed, but learning more about these units, so maybe next time I won't need help.
Thanks
