Disconnect print data connection from printer. Turn off printer. Turn on printer. if it comes to a ready state print an internal test page. If test page prints you most likly have a corrupt print job in print que. If doesn't come to ready or print internal test page, you need a main board

There is a reset you can try. It might work, It might not.
Hold down the button until all led's are on solid and then while still holding down the button, turn off the printers main power switch.
Release the button and turn it back on.
You might have to do this with the front door open, but try it both ways.
          It's worth a shot.

Many Brother printers and MFPs that do not have a display panel, display error messages via sequences of blinking LEDs. The sequence of long or short, and which lights, indicates what sort of fault you have. Please examine your service manual. Sometimes if you can access the web interface it will display the error condition. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
