I have a couple of MFCL8600cdw machines that are only at about 500 prints. The customer was complaining about a severe curl to the prints. I flipped and inverted the existing paper......no improvement. I checked the paper quality and pulled from a fresh pack of paper to rule bad paper "moisture" out. I then messed with the paper thickness settings as Brother recommends doing. Last, I selected the "Reduce Paper Curling" in the driver. That was almost laughable, as it made no improvements at all. Any other things I can try. From what I saw, those were the only things Brother recommends to remove paper curling problems.
