Wow, you've put a lot of energy in this little, cheap device^^

Are the drum and toner OEM?

You can try to reset the toner bias - you'll need fiddle something at the toner cartiridge backwards so it does hit a switch inside the printer. You should also check if there is a possibilty to enable a toner save mode within the printer driver.

Have you checked if this machine has the toner save mode activated?
Happened to me once, all I needed to do was to clear that mode out.

            One last thought.

I had a series of OEM cartridges (new-in the box) that were missing the small white buttons & springs that press the toner cartridge up to the drum. Cartridge #1 was missing the left button & spring. Cartridge #2 was missing the right button & spring.

This one was a strange one to diagnose. New cartridge #1 is light at the left. Change cartridge to #2, now light at the right.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
