    Brother MFC-L5750dw and MFC-L2710dw

Hi guys, I have a completely dead Brother MFC-L5750 that won't turn on anymore, could it just depend on the power supply? Then I also have a MFC-L2710 that jams the paper, it comes out almost completely, I replaced the paper pickup kit, I cleaned all the rubber rollers inside but with no results. Has anyone seen it?

    Hi mate,
First one it's main PCB 99%, you have to replace it.
Second one - it's rubber exit rollers 100% you should clean them thoroughly and it will stop jamming. Remove plastic guide above fuser with 2 screws to gain better access to clean those rollers.
    Let us know.
    Good luck, tsb

Hi friend, thanks for the prompt reply..first one
      D000W1003 MAIN PCB ASSY
for the second one I cleaned the exit rollers thoroughly, the paper always gets stuck in exactly the same place as if it were the wrong format, there are a few centimeters left to come out completely. The format is A4.

check the paper tray settings in the menu. it may be set to the wrong paper size.

Thanks. If I'm not mistaken, it should display a paper size mismatch warning once it's locked, but I'll check again.

Update: After several attempts, including replacing the paper pick-up and register clutches, I'm still having the same problem. Then, suddenly, by maneuvering the paper drawer and increasing the pressure on the paper release rubber, it seems to work better, but not completely. It seems like the right path. I've seen some used ones for the 5750 for cheap.

Nothing doing... the 2710 would jam even with just one page, now it always says fuser door open... I disassembled it again and replaced the paper exit photosensors but without success, I closed it, at this point I think the PCB is faulty... next step hammer...

Use WD-40 to unblock the rotation of hard-tiny-plastic exit rollers. Usually paper is coming out "wavy" when it jams! It is unbelievable, but it happens. Faced that many times.
