    2920 jamming

    We have sold quite a few that have developed jamming issues on paper exit has anyone away round this

    If paper has wave shape try to increase spring tension on exit pressure rollers. Jamming could also be caused by dirty drum/corona. Clean it.

        clean the exit rollers with solvent that will fix the warp and the jamming

          Yes, I forgot to mention, sometimes you have to reduce instead of increase tension. I'm glad to hear that you solve your problem.

            There's also a modification available with new designed exit rollers. If you don't want to invest money it's also possible to clean the rollers but it probably won't last very long. Another trick is to set the paper sort to "thick" - the process speed is a lot reduced and that helps avoid jamming as well.
