Did you clean the interior of the mfc well prior to installing new parts or just installed the new drum unit? Did you use generic or oem drum and toner.......We have had trouble with Dr520 generic drum units. Those are good little machines and not much trouble out of them when using oem parts.

Inside the housing that holds the toner cartridge, there are two spring loaded levers that press the toner cartridge to the front, up against the drum. I've noticed on several aftermarket drum units that one or both of the springs and levers is missing. It's really poor developing since one side of the mag roller is further from the drum than the other. If you catch it before you throw away the previous cartridge, you can scavenge the missing parts. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

There could be moist or dust build up on the laser glass located on the upper part of the drum and toner compartment try cleaning that glass with a clean rag also try cleaning the HV board contacts and toner / drum contacts.

This is a case of poor quality toner and drum. Always use OEM to avoid this kind of problem.
