[Misc] IRC2380i Stuck is standby

hi all,
Ive got a iR2380i that I couldnt wake up out of standby once it entered it its self. The only way to get it to work is to switch off the machine at the mains switch.
I turned off the auto standby and thought that it would be ok.
Now even switching it off/on at the mains switch doesnt bring it back to life. when you switch it on it goes into initial rotations with the green power light on but no display.
None of the buttons do anything, cassette lifters are working.
its like its a boot up problem. anyone had this or similar.

So the green light is on but the screen is blank?
I've had these models kill the screen inverter....the test is whether or not you can hear the beeps as you touch the screen.

No theres no bleeps at all, but i must add that the print card is not booting up either, cant ping/ access GUI, so I think its not just a dislay problem.

check for a stuck or broken key on panel /to the touch
