    hp color lj CM6030 MFP

    hello to all,
    i have a problem with my copier machine hp color lj CM6030 MFP. when i print with color the document its ok IMG_1238.JPG but when i make copy the color of document does not appear good IMG_1239.JPG. Do you have any idea ?

      It would be useful if you would let us know what you have already tried. Otherwise we might waste your time telling you to do those things again. You already have to deal with the irritation of a machine that is not working as well as it should, and I for one have no desire to irritate you further in that fashion if I can help it.

          The images you attached are very small. I cannot make anything of them. Can you try printing something like this?:

          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              Did you calibrate the scanner ?. see page 130 of the service manual.

              Before calibrating the scanner, print the calibration target.
              1. Place letter- or A4-size paper in tray 1, and adjust the side guides.
              2. On the control-panel Home screen, scroll to and touch Administration.
              3. Touch Troubleshooting.
              4. Touch Calibrate Scanner.
              5. Touch Calibrate to print the first pass of the calibration target.
              6. Place the first pass of the calibration target face-down in tray 1 so that the arrows are facing into
              the product.
              7. Touch Start to print the second pass. The final calibration target must look like the following figur

                  Yeah, I would go through the calibrations, and then start by replacing Q3938-67901.

                      print out your troubleshooting pages to see if you have defective cartridges.
