HP Designjet T1100 carriage clipping the paper

Hello I have an issue with the design jet T1100 when printing the carriage clips the side of the paper.
When the paper is new and flat it clips the side, If I would reuse the paper to print on the other side it will clip the paper and create a jam.
Am not sure why this is happening, can anyone help.

    Thanks.

Are you using roll-fed paper, or cut sheets of paper?

Has the carriage ever been removed? There is a bushing in the back of the carriage that tilts it slightly up/back, and it's very easy to break the bushing when installing the carriage assembly. It looks like this:

Thanks Kiran , I changed the belt a few weeks ago and the bushing came out and got broken so I stuck it back.

I will order a new on today.

      Thanks again.

Replacing my first belt on the T1100, I did the same thing. It's one of those "gotchas". I learned my lesson. Always very careful now.
