    [Error Code] HP LATEX 360-ERROR: 79:04

    Hi,

    Is there anyone solved this error code (79:04) before? The machine pops up this code during normal printing process and occasionally freezes when restarted.

      A 79:04 is usually a generic firmware crash. Try updating the firmware to the latest revision. You'll see this error a lot on the 130's.

          Yeah, 79:04 is the 'something is wrong but I don't know what' error.

          You said it happens when the printer is printing. Does it happen when printing any of the internal prints? If not, then it may be something to do with the client's PC. Are they using a RIP?

          Reseat all of the printheads, ink cartridges, RAM.
