The mark would be RM1-0036 spinning on the paper with-out pulling it in.
    1. Replace All x3 Rollers,
2.look at pressure of pu arm.
    3. replace or scrap it. They are very cheap online.

    HP 4250 LCT Jams 13.01.00

I don't see many of these tray 3 large capacity cassettes, but they look pretty simple.

I am getting nearly constant 13.01.00 jams where the paper doesn't leave the cassette. There appears to be a rub mark on the paper as if it's stopping at the sep roller.

So far I have replaced the pulleys and swapped the sep torque limiter with tray 2. The feed solenoid does work and doesn't stick. The LCT drive is powered by the tray 2 drive pack and all that is turning properly. Tray 2 works fine

Any help would be great on what to order if you've seen this problem.

    Thanks in advance
