As long as it's got a static IP, use a laptop and crossover cable using FTP. Much faster.

thanks alot for the Fax board part# Zoraldinho..I'm gonna do a cold reset for sure..as far as the firmware goes...How is is this done..
Is thru laoptop and crossover cable..Can you let me know what steps to take..Thanks a bunch...

First try cheaper things like cold reset or reload firmware.

Machine in not able to fax out or receive...The Fax Icon in not visible.
Is this a formatter issue. If so does the formatter board include the fax boart..
Printing is working o.k. Just not able to fax..has anyone seen this problem.
