      Is the printer making a constant clicking noise?

      Turn the power off and remove all of the print heads. Turn the printer back on. It should initialize now.

      Check the bottom of the print heads for the plastic coming off. I believe it causes interfence with the service station.

          Like Kiran said. Take all printheads out and install one at a time when asked after a power cycle. Have come across this twice and it seems a printhead is always to blame. Either bad or expired. I was also told by HP to remove the paper when I called about a "stuck at 94%" issue.

          Firmware update doesn't hurt either.
