when warm up fuser warmup rg5-7789 gear push down touch blue jam clear knob gear ,and then drive the fuser gear to rotate
noise come from rg5-7789 white gear and rg5-5700-000cn (blue jam clear knob gear
is that right ?

Gears are typically part of assemblies (there are some exceptions). You need to order the assembly that contains the gear(s) you need and either replace the assembly or tear apart both assemblies to replace gears (not advisable)

They are whole assemblies that contain all the parts required for a full assembly swap.

warm up noise :
gear teeth to teeth dirt in grove gear to gear did not match ,there is some distance between them
i took out fuser deliver drive assembly ,clean the teeth and gear motor rh7-1622 to see there is any noise ,

fuser gear worn
replace a refurbish fuser ,it work no noise found
