[Misc] the Cyan toner does not print correctly. cp3530fs

Hello. I have a problem with the hp cp3530fs printer.
Toner from cyan color prints only in the area of 50% of the page on one side.
I exchanged for a new toner but still the same even a little worse.
I checked all the toners, fuser, transmission belt in another printer (cp3525) and they work properly.
    anyone help?

sounds like the scanner glass has a buildup of toner on it ... clean it.

do a 'stop test' or 'half page test' see if there is image on the belt and make sure it is dense enough

Print the PQ Diagnostics pages. If cyan is the only color that looks like that, replace the cartridge with an HP cartridge. Never heard if OEM carts are being used or aftermarket.

have to remove the laser unit to clean polygon motor, etc. Download service manual on google and follow removal steps.

If the laser scanner was dirty or blocked the blue fade would be consistent down the page. Because the line is inconsistent and fades from side to side it is a high voltage problem. A stop test (easier to run from the bypass tray) will show if it's an image development (problem is on cartridge drum), primary transfer (problem isn't on cartridge drum but is on ITB) or secondary transfer problem (problem isn't on drum or ITB).

The OP NEVER replied if they are using GENUINE toner or aftermarket, NOR if they examined the PQ Diagnostics pages as I suggested. They have either abandoned this post or fixed the issue.
