HP 4555, jams at fuser, but only from 2 trays.

It is the full size MFP. Has the tray3,4 and 5 tray assembly. It will jam the paper as it comes out of the fuser, the exit assembly never biting it. When you go into paper path test, it only jams from trays 3 and 5. I had a fuser so I swapped it, no change. I am having a feed assembly and board sent for the tray assembly but I wanted to know if anyone had seen this before.

    Sticky solenoids in those trays?

      Does it give an error?

What is the jam code? Does it jam if you run a single sheet or only on multiple copy jobs? Firmware updated? (Firmware MUST be done with trays attached).

The firmware was fresh. I replaced the gear pack for the trays, the rollers and the control board for the trays. It works now. Sorry I can't remember the jam code, but when I gave it to tech support and he looked it up, he was looking at the mail bin. I swapped it. I called back later, talked to a different tech, he sent the boad and gear pack.
