    HP dealer account registration for Samsung support

    Hi,


    After HP bought out the Samsung printer division I no longer have access to BTSP for Samsung support.


    Does anyone know in the UK how we go about registering with HP for Samsung support access etc?

      As far as I know, you use the normal Channel Services Network. I ordered some fusers for a Samsung printer and just used the printers model number and HP automatically converted that to a "Product No.".
