30.03.45 Scanner failure - HP LaserJet 700 color MFP M775
Re: 30.03.45 Scanner failure - HP LaserJet 700 color MFP M775
hmmm ... what would I do?
Well first I think I would look up the code. Next I would TRY SOMETHING!!!
Then if I wasn't making any progress I think that I would make a forum post which listed what I found in the manual, and what I tried, and what I theorized.
As far as I can tell you haven't done any of these things yet. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Actually, I tried even clearing the errors, reinstalling the firmware, etc. I expect someone from this forum will help or maybe experience the same problem and share here..that's all..

That works better than mind reading, doesn't it?
What does the manual say? I read it, and I think it will help you too. =^..^=

Thanks anyways.

no! that's NOT what he is saying... the manual can be the STARTING point for ideas an suggestions. The problem IS.. you never read or try what's in the manual and NEVER take suggestions from others! MIGHT be WHY your REP POWER is so LOW!
Re: 30.03.45 Scanner failure - HP LaserJet 700 color MFP M775
Sorry. I refuse to read the manual to you. I do not read for people capable of reading for themselves.
You're a tech. Your job is to read manuals. Read the friggin' manual. It tells you exactly what you should do. I hope you don't really need a forum post to tell you this.
I'm actually trying to teach you that you are capable of doing this all by your self. You really don't need a solution on a silver platter. You really can think ... I think. =^..^=

Hmmmmmmm.....maybe?
I work with two people just like this. They think I've got the answer for EVERYTHING and don't want to try and figure something out for themselves. Makes me SICK!!! Great work ethic.
