Re: hp dj 510 plotter
Yes. The #82 is the updated supply number. #10 is the original supply number. Just be sure that the ink isn't expired. It will not print, even if the cartridge is full. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Not that I'm aware of. I just got done reading a dozen reviews on Amazon about how their discounted ink cartridges were expired and wouldn't do a thing. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:

Re: hp dj 510 plotter
Were they HP inks, or some refilled/third party? I've never had a problem using 'expired' inks in any Designjet printer.
I also hope people understand; the ink isn't 'expired'. What's expired is the warranty with HP. Once the date on the cartridge is eclipsed HP will no longer honor the warranty on it if it's defective. There's nothing wrong with the actual ink inside the cartridge. I've seen 10 year old inks and printheads work just fine.
