HP Design jet Z2600 wont boot up

the machine comes on then hits 1% then does nothing , it doesnt shut down, it just sits at 1% and goes no where is it possible power supply?

My guess would be a bad hard drive on the formatter. You can try holding the up and OK buttons while pressing and holding the power button.. see if you can get into the service utilities and test the electronics module.. see if it gives any errors.

You can also listen to it when powered up, see if you hear the classic click of death.

Hello. I am having the same issue. The Led light on the formatter indicates the formatter. We're you able to fix this with a hard drive or formatter?
