    Hp 5200 blured prints

Have attached samples to see blurred or dragging print. I have changed
toner twice (oem) ,fuser twice and fuser drive gear assy and still not making
any different to prints, machine has a 171,000 prints on it. I really thought it
was the fuser but I guess I was wrong. Paper is coming out short edge first
and you can see the dark areas and light areas in prints.

I can say I didn't clean it, but I can next trip there.

Like Phil says, clean the laser.

It still could be the fuser. Re-manufactured fusers are notoriously poorly greased. Use Uniflor 8172 on the heater element.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

frankly as a service manager... that SHOULD have been the 1st thing to do on a print quality issue.
