    HP OFFICEJET PRO X476

    Hi,

    I am getting the following error on the HP officejet pro X476

    0x6100000c

    Also on another one black print is missing on both sides, please find image attached.

    Any ideas appreciated.

      These first-gen printbar printers had horrible printbar problems. The printbar is probably shot and needs to be replaced on both of them. The printbar is typically the death blow for these printers as it usually will cost more to replace it than the whole printer.

              lemme guess.. between 40k - 60k total prints? .. very typical issue damn printbars
              shoot it walk away
