hp designjet 5000 stuck on Initializing Please Wait

Hi
I have HP Designjet 5000.
printer was working fine.
Yesterday in the middle on printing on display say REPLEASE BLACK PRINTHEAD.
I cancel the printing i turn of the printer and put new printhead.
After that Printer is stuck in Initializing Please Wait
I have also 5000ps with bed belt sitting for parts.
I have replace FROM 5000PS MAINBOARD,BOOTROM,DIMM MEMORY,ISS BOARD,POWER SUPPLY.
Problem stay.Printer is still stuck in Initializing Please Wait.
Does any one has problem like this?
Any help will be appreciated

Remove all of the ink cartridges and printheads and try powering it up.. see what happens then.

I have try and now printer has power up.I reseat all cartridges and all printhead and came that black printehead has blocking the printer.I have found other black printhead and put this printhead and HP working fine now.
