    [Jamming] Enterprise M607 jam tray one, the solenoid fires but feed roller does not spin?

    I hear the solenoid fire but the feed roller does not move,then says Jam 13.XX tray one??

      jam 13.xx doesn't give us much to go on...

      are feed tires in good shape?

      are you watching it when you say it doesn't move?

      or is it just no moving PAPER?

          I can see the roller does not turn, roller is fine. I hear the solenoid click and the pick up roller does not move.

              Is the roller clipped on? the rollers sit nice and still when they're not clipped to the shaft. =^..^=
              If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                  If you rotate a rooler with your hand, it moves freely? Open and check.
                  Sometimes a solenoid plate falls out of position and does not perform its fuction but you hear it.

                      Thanks, I'm going to bring into shop. This sounds like the problem. I have checked all the simple possibilities, thought maybe this was a problem on this mdl and others had seen it. Thanks
