    LJ Pro 400 Color M451nw

Working on 1 of these at our office. Has a "jam in output bin" message.

13.0000 codes on the error history.

It was having some marks on the print outs from the fuser too which we replaced. We have
also replaced the Paper Delivery Assembly RM1-8049. After replacing the paper delivery assy, we did 20 pages on it
and it worked fine. Did another 20 pages and a few more again today. Then performed Cleaning Page. After that it has
started back with the jam in output bin messages again. I don't think we have actually seen any paper get stuck at that location.

    total impressions= 142,264

Something else it seems to be doing is not recognizing a network cable plugged in. Can print to it using a USB cable.

Formatter (network cable not connected) and DC Controller (phantom paper jam).

    POS units.

        Thanks!

Is over the network connection the only way to update the firmware? (can you do it with a wireless connection? Don't think that was working either but haven't really fooled around with that)

Only update method is by USB. Install the driver, then, plug the USB cable in. The firmware is in a .EXE format only. No RFU or BDL on this model.
